Delivery Policy

At Glow Pro, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually processed and dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Services

We use trusted UK courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Glow Pro cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

Your Right to Cancel

You may return eligible products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused.
  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened nail gels
  • Opened liquids
  • Used products
  • Products damaged through misuse

Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where applicable

If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • A repair (where applicable)
  • A full refund

in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
